Litter and debris from waste vehicles everywhere on grass verges

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5379768.

Third world levels of litter including huge plastic sheeting caught in fences surrounding the farm. National Highways is in significant breach of its duty under section 89 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to keep the highways clear of litter. Please clean within 28 days as required by the Litter Code of Practice.
