From the st neots ai sliproad to sandy roundabout and vice versa multple lights (worse than multiple) not working on the a1 n/b and s/b. it has been getting gradually worse over many months if not years since outside contractors were not employed. to add insult to injury there has been numerous lane closures where maintenance would have been cheaper and easier. a compound being erected near the black cat roundabout by and for the highways is extremely well lit. additionly the number of work vehicles left with engines continually running for warmth when people of all ages cannot afford the price for heat are suffering the cold . is this not immoral?

If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen.
