Invisible give way junction and surface breaking up.

The give way markings are completely eroded and are now invisible causing a severe hazard as two slip roads meet and priority is unclear. Also there is significant road surface degradation and pothole which is a danger - in wet, I was riding motorcycle and had to brake hard as a car pulled out (due to no faded give way) and because of the terrible potholes surface the ABS cut in and I almost hit the car that failed to stop. This is a severe problem and a real danger. The road surface needs repairing and the markings clearly repainted. And better signage ideally.
