Green and red traffic lights simultaneously

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5373046.

Leaving BHam and heading east on M42, the junction roundabout traffic light on the left was on green and the one on the right cycling red and amber. Confused - both me and the traffic lights.
