Complete Fence Collapse and Noice

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5370459.

The fencing along the A12 at the lower end of Mountnessing towards Ingatestone has been in disrepair for years and now has completely disintegrated. The A12 is now accessible to wild animals creating traffic hazards and there is no noise barrier for local residents, aside from being a disgrace of a mess
