  • Thank you for making your report which has been passed to our lighting asset team to arrange for engineers to attend to carry out investigation and repairs.

    We can't offer a date at this time, as we will need to secure suitable road closures to ensure the works can be carried out safely.

  • We are aware that multiple lights are not working from the M25 along the A2 west and M2. We have a national LED replacement scheme, and this route is under the design phase currently. All luminaires along this route are expected to be replaced in stages later this year. In the meantime, our teams are reviewing options on how to bring some of the street lighting back up. Whilst we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales can vary depending on the complexity of work required to rectify the issue. Kind Regards
