Uneven / subsided road surface large area

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5360489.

Entire road section just prior to J11 on westbound M62 appears to be very bumpy and uneven as if it has subsided. Been like this for considerable amount of time and many vehicles are caught be surprise by the poor quality. Disappointing given recent this motorway was recently upgraded and potential for an accident.
