Traffic lights completely broken - turned off

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5330955.

Bearing in mind someone died here last month, the lights are fully turned off now!! Cars are having to risk pulling out onto the island from all angles and seen a few near misses especially with Lorries who can’t pull out from the A5 to Bridgtown. Not long before there is another fatality here
