Large manhole extremely loose and noisy

I don’t know why other reports regarding this issue are noted as closed. The issue is very much still an issue, and needs action. The cover is extremely loose and noisy - can be heard a mile away and really must be extremely disturbing for adjacent houses, The cover is so mobile it raises concerns as to what would happen if struck by a motorbike? This needs to remain an open issue and needs urgent action. It isn’t residents or road users fault that this relates to prior repairs and other partners - it needs fixing without delay.
