Water running for 30m NS kerb

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5326287.

When travelling east bound, over last month, Water running constantly kerb side NS lane. Starts at entrance to lay-by, flows down under bridge back towards the shell fuel station. This is before you can exit off to southcave village or towards Brough/ Wanda home / Everthorpe.

  • Thank you for your report of 16 December 2023 about surface water along the A63 adjacent to South Cave. We understand your concerns and appreciate the time you've taken to contact us about this. We've asked our drainage team to attend this location and assess the issue. Following this survey, if any work is needed, they'll arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we'll continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.
