Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5321755.
Lane 1 has been closed for months with no sign of any work taking place. I have now read that lane 2 will also be closed soon. Please confirm if 2 lanes of M3 are due to be closed in January for 4 weeks to rectify the drainage issue.

We’ll start extensive repairs on Wednesday 3 January 2024, and expect to be finished in mid-February. Due to the extent of repairs and the depth of excavation needed, we'll have to fully close lane one and two on the London-bound carriageway between junctions 4 and 3, 24/7 for the duration of the work. This is so our workforce can carry out repairs safely, protecting both them and the travelling public. Lanes three and four will remain open, with a 50mph speed limit in place. As well as working during the day, we'll be working overnight under a full closure of the London-bound carriageway between junctions 4a and 3, every night between 9pm and 6am.
