Hello, I work for the Environment Agency, in the Cornwall Asset Performance team. The highway culvert at this location takes the Red River under the A30. The debris screen at the entrance to the culvert is partially blocked and is restricting the conveyance of the river. The debris on the screen requires clearing. Additionally the metal railing around the screen has a section missing an could be considered a public safety risk.
