Not letting vehicles through

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5319208.

The lights are only changing when the right hand lane is phasing.. this is causing a lot of traffic and issues.

    We’re aware there is a traffic light sequencing fault here and apologise for any disruption this may have caused you. At present, investigations are ongoing to establish the cause of the fault. Although we don’t currently have a time frame on when this will be fixed, we hope this will be resolved as soon as possible. Whilst we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales can vary depending on the complexity of work that is identified to rectify the issue.
