Traffic light timing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5318582.

Traffic lights are only going to green for about 10 seconds only allowing 2 - 3 cars this has caused a tail back right to Smallford round about. HertsCC enquiry 2694992
