Cattle Grid needs cleaning urgently

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5316633.

We are reporting this by phone as well but the cattle grid leading to Hightown needs cleaning out urgently. This IS part of your infrastructure. It does NOT belong to Hampshire County Highways. The bypass gate also needs repairing. A pony was on the wrong side of the grid this afternoon and the member of the public who kindly put it back spent half an hour clearing the vegetation in front of the gate. Please check the gate is accessible and in good repair as well as cleaning out the cattle grid. Thank you.
