Flooding

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5311977.

Gets flooded especially when heavily raining. This morning I had to slam my brakes on due to low light i couldnt see the flooded section til last minute. This is a huge section just before where you have to merge onto the a1m. I had to use the hard shoulder to build speed back up before I could safely merge onto the motorway.
