Minor flooding/major standing water

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 19:57, Thu 7 December 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5294135.

Whenever it rains, even for a short period of time, there is always flooding/significant standing water around this part of the exit/slip road in the right hand lane only. The problem comes when you drive through the flooding/standing water at between 60-70 mph that problems occur. For example, tonight there was significant standing water and my steering wheel was knocked about by the water. I don't know if there has ever been a collision there but there might be if the water doesn't stop collecting. The road was recently resurfaced which I hoped would have solved the problem as it's been a thing for a long time, but I think it might have made it worse, or at least not improved it.
