Missing cats eyes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5293947.

At the side of the A52 I noticed a metal ‘cats eye’ structure and a set of ear defenders. I then noticed that there were holes in the road and some cats eyes were missing. May be it’s work being done or metal theft. No sign of workers or signs for a workforce.
