Abandoned blue Ford vehicle

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5293190.

Abandoned vehicle in grass verge of layby on the Exeter bound carriageway, just after the Deep Lane junction. Blue Ford Fiesta OW53 KBU. Been there for a week or more, online check shows it has no tax, MOT or insurance.
