Team Valley traffic lights not working

All of the traffics lights on Team Valley roundabout are not working. I know they are part-time traffic lights but they are always on during peak but they have not be on at all this week. This is causing a huge build up of traffic, which was already bad due to the Junction 67 southbound slip road closure. It is also incredibly dangerous, particularly when exiting the A1 at the Junction 67 northbound slip road as it is causing the traffic to back up on to the A1, meaning one lane is blocked by stationary traffic trying to exit.
I don't know if this is all being caused by the roadworks, but it should be a priority to have the traffic lights working again at least a peak times. There will be an accident at some point.

We've checked and can confirm that the traffic lights at this location are operated and maintained by the local authority. In this case it would be Newcastle City Council who can be contact via https://www.newcastle.gov.uk/ .
