Ground surface water freezing at night. children hospice near by road potentially used in earlier hours of the morning

Water flooding on exit entrance of dover lane. this is now freezing causing a heath and safety concern for all drivers which could lead to a crash or worse a fatality.

  • Thank you for making your report on 7 December about water flooding and freezing at the junction with Dover Lane on the A27.

    Our inspector has attended and it was established that the ditch was blocked by fly tipped garden waste. This has been removed and the blockage casing the flooding cleared.
