Multiple areas of surface deradation and deep potholes in the outside lane of a dual carriage way between Bramble Brook and Markeaton isalnd (A38 Northbound). The outside lane is now not safe to drive on. Reported previously over the previous 4 months.

The outside lane is still very unsafe. It is clear that drivers who are familiar with this stretch of road drive on the inside lane and often switch lanes just before the island which is potentially dangerous. In addition there is the obvious issue of drivers in the outside lane swerving across the white lines to avoid the pot holes that are otherwise unavoidable. If this isn't fixed soon I suspect there could be a nasty accident.

The whole section has, subsequently, been resurfaced, meaning that the pothole no longer exists.
