Hello, The crossing over the A43 from the pathway on the A5 is flooded and makes it impossible to use the crossing. This happens when it rains and water comes out of the grass bank and pools up on the road and in front of the crossing. I have reported this to Anglian Water and they inspected it and said the problem is a drainage issue and that I need to report it here to you. I have already reported it to you recently and the job was closed. This job was closed because when you inspected the crossing it hadn't been raining. If you have a look at the crossing after it has been raining you will see a massive puddle in front of the crossing and a constant flow of water running out of the grass bank behind the path. So just to clarify, this crossing is dangerous for pedestrians and also for vehicles driving through the water. I use this crossing every day and the issue has continued for over 12months. Thank you.
