Vehicle damage from stone chippings on Crickley Hill

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5286449.

Driving south up Crickley Hill today my car windscreen was cracked by a flying stone. Am aware that roadworks are being carried out each night on this stretch of road as part of the A417 ‘Missing Link’ scheme. If the road is not fully cleared of any stones/debris arising from the daily construction activities this will increase the risk of flying stones damaging passing vehicles.
