Poor phasing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5283539.

Phasing of light sequence affecting eastbound A259. Only allows 2 or 3 cars per green light. Regular tailbacks in excess of 1.5 miles. Been happening for a couple of weeks.
