Traffic Lights turning red on one side for no reason

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5283348.

ON the junction here the A259 towards bexhill will turn red, the other side of the road will be green and the brooklands road one will be red, causing massive tailbacks for no reason. they was working correctly until about 2 weeks ago.
