Flooding caused by excess water in the hollow

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 21:16, Mon 4 December 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5282427.

The hollow created during the subsidence works has no where to go it is flooding down Eden hill and onto moat lane it cascades onto the a21 covering one entire lane causing aquaplaning. There is nowhere for it to drain
