Street lights on roundabout flickering on and off

Reported via mobile in the Not working (NH) category anonymously at 08:15, Mon 4 December 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5278319.

On M42 J2 roundabout light columns 102,103,104 possibly 101 (from south bound entry to northbound exit) blink on and off when driving round the roundabout as if they are detecting movement. Other lights on the roundabout are switched on and don't flash causing distractions and providing constant light. I have noticed these have been doing this for about 6 months it has become more apparent now going into winter with the darker evening.
