White lines are faded on J17 Cribbs causeway roundabout going M5 Northbound.

Reported via mobile in the Faded / Hard to see (NH) category anonymously at 19:27, Fri 1 December 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5273783.

In the past 6 months I have had nearly 20 cars either beep or nearly hit me due to drivers not following the road markings because they are faded. The signage is crystal clear but despite this drivers in the middle lane do not stay in the correct lane, and therefore cut me up to access the M5. Also worth noting that even a police officer nearly drove into the side of me. The markings need to be assessed, as either they are incorrect or the signage is incorrect, it can’t be both. I note this has been reported previously with no update or change to the situation. Please can you advise if this isn’t going to be updated why you do not see this as an issue given how busy this stretch of the highway is.
