Controller fault

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5267530.

The controller is constantly reporting FLF 62, meaning there's a non FLF fault in the log. The log says: The following CA's have CRL lists that are older than expected: CustomerUserCA; internalUserCA; The CRL's for the following CA's have not yet been downloaded: Siemens Can't clear fault with RFL
