Manhole cover loose

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5266949.

Manhole cover loose, causing heavy vibrations through my house and neighbouring properties when a HGV goes over it. Disturbing my sleep pattern as it makes the windows rattle. One was recently reset further down the road but the one by the bus stop is causing ongoing issues

    Our inspectors have been to site to assess the loose manhole cover which is causing disruption at your property. They have confirmed it is actually a BT manhole cover and so have reported the defect to them on your behalf. We're sorry we are unable to assist you further with your enquiry.
