Yet another Banner on railings!!

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5260761.

Banner advertising The Royal Oak has been affixed to the motorway bridge as you turn off of the A20 and into Mersham village. It looks like illegal fly posting which causes a distraction & obscures a very busy junction. Please can it be removed as all previous banners have been in the past.
