Unlit bollards knocked over

Reported via desktop in the Damage to Sign (NH) category anonymously at 12:21, Mon 27 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5256839.

The unlit bollard was knocked down several months ago following an accident. A local resident re-erected it but it was knocked over again shortly afterwards. The bollard is now horizontal on the traffic island but has moved following the strong winds. It is likely to be blown onto the carriageway should there be another spate of windy weather
