Sequencing issue

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 20:13, Sat 25 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5252822.

These slip road lights only change to red for about 2 seconds before they go green again for 20 seconds or so. This cannot be right as it doesn't even give time for the traffic ahead to merge onto the road. There is no point in having these lights if they do not clear the traffic from the slip road merging and don't help solve the traffic at all when sequenced like this.
