Ongoing Lane Closures

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5247489.

You really are confused! I have received a response about an enquiry I did not make (road surface/markings) and two replies (exactly the same) about an enquiry I did make (white lines/rumble strips on M3), but I have heard nothing about the lane closures at M27 Junction 8! Surely these closures should have been removed at the same time as the closures over the Hamble Bridge as I assume they are similarly to do with defective parapets. Could you please respond to the correct enquiry?
