Entrance to business needs addressing

Hi, I believe this entrance needs addressing here. I commute to and from work through this location and this entrance to this business/quarry is horrendous and causes. No end of traffic and I see near crashes weekly. This is because you have a manner of cars are entering and exits, along with large goods vehicles, the particular entrance isn’t good enough for what it’s used for and this really needs addressing and looking at. Today I was waiting for 15 minutes because two large good vehicles were trying to enter and exit the premises at the same time. I personally don’t understand how this has been left to let slide as I know when owning such a business, the public must also be considered. Thank you
