East bound M62 carriageway from Warrington Road through the stumps on to the motorway heading east sections of the carriageway have deep ruts in the surface with leveling susidance and potholes this carries through the four lane section towards Warrington south and middle two lanes surfaces are the worst for at least a 2 miles stretch with potholes poor road surfaces causing motorist to take avoiding action to miss them with their vehicles this is a fast section of motorway and is a accident waiting to happen with the disrepair of this section of carriageway on the east bound side of m62 . Also the road surface through the stumps on Warrington Road junction 7 is also poor and potholes I’ve reported to both Knowsley and St Helens councils Highway but they say it’s not their responsibility on this section of the junction .
