Faulty traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5237298.

Despite advice the problem is resolved, queues today 21/11/23 were as bad as ever. Lights appear to be changing to red randonly causing tailbacks of several miles to churcham and beyond
