Traffic light on expressway to roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5235329.

The light are not changing and missing out expressway exit. which is causing long tail backs, also people are going few the red light thinking the lights are stuck, because there seeing the other side being let go multi times. there something wrong because some days there working fine
