Retaining brick barrier has broken

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5234780.

Car has hit the wall and it is now 3 courses of brick lower, this has led to the car using the barrier now as a ramp. The wall must be repaired to prevent damage to the home. The whole length of the a1 up to this point is also in darkness and has led to multiple accidents.

    Can this wall be repaired? We've been contacting highways since 2021 regarding this. Its getting lower and cars are getting furthur up..
