Missing rumble strips, low quality lane markings & missing cats eyes

Reported via desktop in the Faded / Hard to see (NH) category anonymously at 17:07, Mon 20 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5234114.

There are missing rumble strips, low quality lane markings & missing cats eyes in various sections of the M3 both north and south bound between junctions 10 and 14. They were not correctly replaced during the recent extensive upgrade works. Please have them replaced correctly before the end of the upgrade contract, thereby saving additional cost.

Updates

  • Thank you for your feedback about road markings in sections on the M3.

We’ve been carrying overnight repairs, surfacing and white lining in several sections of the M3 between junctions 9 and 14, where we’ve upgraded the central reservation. We plan to do more overnight carriageway work this week on both the northbound and southbound carriageways.

    Kind regards National Highways
