Leaves on road - Car sliding

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5233500.

The leaves are dangerous and my car is constantly sliding into the bank due to the leaves. The council are saying this piece of the road is not maintained by them and is the Highways Agency responsibility.

My last report was closed.

    We're only responsible for the A36 in this location. Berwick lane is a local authority road as advised previously. Also your local authority is responsible for sweeping streets and removing litter etc.
