Re sent as said this was part of the annual works

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 13:36, Wed 22 November 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5231960.

Overgrown weeds on kerblines are obscuring the kerblines of this fast moving road and making pavements dangerous. Front and Back line vegetation needs to be maintained all around cloverleaf roundabout up to orbital park and junction 10.

Some of this vegetation on the front and back lines of the pavement at 3 and 4 ft. tall and has overgrown the accessible pathway encroaching it by approx. 40-50%

This report was investigated and closed as it was said it is part of the cyclic works, however it has not been actioned in the last 12 months as the works usually take place in July/August and this is not undertaken at this time this year due to the ongoing roadworks and new junction. this area has been completely missed.

We are receiving reports from the public this is dangerous risk to pedestrians using this path way as well as operatives doing litter picking for the local authority
