Hi Your drainage system coming down from M621 that falls into the roundabout below the motorway is blocked. We are having to clean up your flooding each time it rains heavily. Please can someone contact me urgently.

Thank you for your report of 18 November 2023 about the flooding on the M621 at junction 1. We understand your concerns and appreciate the time you’ve taken to contact us about this.
After investigating your enquiry, we can advise that due to the ongoing major project works on the M621, we’ve had difficulty gaining access to clear the gullies along this road. We’ve found an opportunity where the works won’t impact our ability to clear the gullies in this location and have therefore scheduled works to be carried out in January 2024 to tackle this problem.
We’re hopeful that, in doing so, we’re able to improve the experience of road users using this section of our network.
