Multiple lamps not working on Skellingthorpe and Carholme roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5227901.

Multiple problems, many lamps not working at all and the columns on Carholme roundabout and Skellingthorpe roundabout are corroded. They should be replaced with aluminum columns that match doddington roundabout and should be fitted with Philips lanterns that match the ones recently installed on A46 towards Newark
