All traffic lights are off at the temp junction of skippool roundabout : chaos.

  • The traffic lights at the new and 'improved' skippool junction have been non operational for 72 hrs and counting.

    When will they be fixed? This is a MAJOR, safety issue! I have not seen a single engineer on site all weekend. The fact the have been out Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday AM is beyond negligent.
