Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5223368.

Two pot holes on the left lane of the slip road

These have been in place all year and reported many times with no action They have got deeper and harder to avoid as they are close to each other, a wheel apart so gutter side and almost centre markings

Can see some damage occurring or swerving to avoid do I guess a priority
