Dangerous Loose manhole cover

On the A5 junction with the Banbury lane, north lane, the manhole cover is loose/dangerous and is getting increasingly louder when lorries go over it, this is happening all day and more importantly all through the night keeping myself and my family awake and is causing lack of sleep and anxiety, and we live approximately 100 metres from the junction, it will fail if not fixed and when it does I hope it does not cause a fatality. I see this has been reported numerous times, please fix or at least put traffic lights in immediately. There are actually 2 more loose manhole covers within 200 metres on the same side of the road back towards Towcester. Others have failed on the same stretch of the road but nearer Towcester, so this is a reoccurring known problem to you.
