Manhole Cover

Despite half a dozen reports from the neighbours about this cover being loose, I don't think that your "inspections" have assessed just how dangerously loose it actually is. If/when it breaks or comes out, it could potentially be lives that you and BT are putting at risk.

You was notified back in March of the problem starting to happen and now we're well into November with the situation getting worse.

Don't send me a response about how you value our concerns or that it's for someone else to fix or that you're trying not to close off too many roads for repairs at the same time. Yourselves and other roadworks made it exceptionally difficult for any of us to go south with closing off Butchers Lane, the A5 south of Towcester, the A43, the A508 and parts of Blisworth all at the same time, so you're not really that concerned about "closing too many roads at the same time".

You and BT have had over 6 months to address the issue. Now stop making excuses and get it done within the next week.

Again I will repeat, you are putting lives at risk from your negligence!
