New road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5217768.

The new road surface is absolutely disgusting. New entrance to the electrical works. It's more like a roller coaster ride, so uneven and bumpy. The old part of the road is great. We pay our road tax for this disgrace. Hope things get sorted.
